I just found LJP and installed it on my TX. Seems to work great on NES games, but the dropdown where you can select the system only shows NES. I did install all the .zem files, and the ROMs, in the right folder on the SD card. What can I do to make it recognize the other systems?
(P.S. I've tried with 1.1 and 1.2-wiimote, with the same results.)

D'oh. It turns out the Genesis files I was using were all .md files. When I renamed them to .smd, the Genesis option showed up and the games worked. (Seemingly, .md and .smd are two different file types, but LJP opens them both as long as they end in .smd.) Also, whenever I start a game, it tells me Bluetooth is turned off and asks if I want to turn it on. Is that because I'm using the Wiimote version? Is there any way to just leave BT off and not have it ask me? I would switch to the plain 1.2, but the download links at metaviewsoft.de/wordpress/?p=93 say access is denied.

I guess I should google first! I did find a download link for plain 1.2: handheld.softpedia.com/progDownload/Little-John-PalmOS-LJP-Download-62079.htmlAnd that did take away the Bluetooth message. One last thing: The "5-way" pad on Palms can't do diagonals, right? Does that hurt gameplay, and if so, are there any workarounds? So far I haven't noticed it hurting the games I've tried, but I haven't tried many.

'round here we like to use somethin' called LJPv1.2rc4w/wmspt+scrnshot. The ability to completely turn off the wiimote support should be in the options screen or config screen somewhere, I know it never asked to turn it off or on for my usage Also, you can use diagonals, it just involves hitting 2 directional buttons at the same time The Tapwave Zodiac was extremely good at this.
