I'm unable to install the WAD files into my SD/MMC card. I tried the card exporter software, crashed my M28. Any other suggestions?

Run ZDoomZ once and then hotsync the .wad file. ZDoomZ registers the file type at startup. It stays registered until the next reset. Or (and even better) use a card reader. Estimated price for a card reader is 10 US-$.

I used Pinstall and got the wad file in. However cannot run :-( says the following errors : "cannot sys_alloc 3407872 Bytes" Tap one time, get "free ram: 99/72" Tap again "cannot sys_alloc 3145728 Bytes" Tap again "free ram: 99/72" Tap again "cannot sys_alloc..... but with decreasing number" I keep taping and get the errors continuing until I get to : "W_init: init WADfiles." And a centre warning "Warning low mem" and my M28 freezes
Any suggestions?

oh, oh, 99 KByte free after loading the game, isn't enough. You need be able to allocate at least 1024 KByte to run the first level. You will even with this number, you will run into errors from time to time.
