Have you noticed that Yoyo implemented a function in 2c that allows you to save different settings for different roms It doesnt save the hack/debug menu settings correctly. I hope that he does look into it.

Dont be worrying, if all goes well, you won't need to be implementing hacks anymore. The next TYL is sheduled to be released in the next few days, to have a wee bit of patience. It will come, and when it does, people will celebrate. (I myself am planning on getting hammered on the day it releases to celebrate)

How about a feature that quickly switches controls from analog to d-pad. Its annoying to keep assigning keys between different games. Also a default setting for each game would be cool.

perhaps you want to contribute by sending me the code to add and handle cheat support ? If I remember correctly, you talked to Y once (author of the uoSnes9x for psp) and had some discussion about snes emulation. His emu had cheat support. Maybe you could bug it off him.

Hey I just had to join the forum to say what an amazing job you guys have done.
I'm gonna donate $10 to you guys right now so i hope it helps to a: motivate you's into progressing with this emulator, and b: goes towards a good night out cause you deserve it.
I will get far more enjoyment and playing time out of this than any game retailing at $40 so in me donating a small amount i'm really getting the steal of the century.
Anyway, now that there has been a great speed increase in 0.3 i think you should consider changing the way frameskip works.
We no longer need to skip 1-9 frames every other frame. perhaps the frame skip could work similar to DGEN (Megadive emulator) It gives you the option of a forward frameskip as we have just now or a reverse frameskip
ie for frameskip = 3 *displayed frames -skipped frames Type Forward : Skip (3) frames for every frame displayed *---*---*---*---*--- Type Reverse : Skip a frame every (3) frames **-**-**-**-**-**
and so on...... most games now only need to drop maybe half a dozen frames per 60 to hit full speed. this way we could reach full speed with the minimum amount of frame skips and therefore get smoother gameplay!

I think a txt reader available without leaving snes9xwould be awesome. As it is I end up having to hard-reboot after looking at a FAQ. Other than that you can't ask more from it other than cooking your food or sucking your #%$@!!!

A way to operate controller 2.
Some games have codes/modes/secrets/debug menus only accessed from controller 2.
Wanderers From Y's 3 U.N.Squadron Killer Instinct
I think, I actually remember doing code for UN Squadron from the old days. ^ ^

Also, to practice on fighting games. ^ ^ Push start on Controller 2 in Vs. Modes. PSP's D-Pad isn't greatest. =-( QCDB moves on Killer Instinct? lol Supers on StreetFighter Alpha 2? you might get lucky...

I agree fighting games are near impossible to play on the PSP, which is why Tekken will probably never be very big on the psp.

Yoyofr, support for decompression packs is possible? In some games the frameskip is cause of invisible sprites... can you add a option for turn off/on the flickering sprites?

My most wanted feature would probably have to do with the cheats, but also more speed is always great!

I am getting SF zero 3 ^ this weekend. (I live in tokyo, so it is the fastest option) Better get a second PSP or sacrifice homebrew, Double Upper requires 2.5 and doesn't work with any loaders.
