I know you've said that it's difficult to improve on mode 7 any more than it is, but i'd love to see your emulator play mario kart and f-zero at full speed some day. Thanks

The gfx accelerated is incompatible with some games and random block is very irritating...

ehm here another suggested feature : A benchmark function to log framespeed with zero frameskip for some while (let´s say 5 minutes) and giving out lowest/highest/average value in a text file.
Guess that would be great definetely to get an overview of all rom´s performance up to now, if we collect and save these values in a database. Also this could help to find problems and hints for improvement.
What do you say ?
BTW would it be possible within Tyl to recognize and report the audio frizzles apeearing in ME version... ??

For me:
1º speed improvements !! 2º adhoc multiplayer !! 3º sound quality improvements 4º compatibility improvements 5º selector of fps maximum [1..100] 6º cheats support (game genie) 7º other improvements

i just thought about about this, adding a bit more volume would be pretty cool, like DGEN volume is very loud, that would be a cool improvement.

As soon as the majority of SNES games run at a steady rate, I dont care what else happens with the emulator.

Speed improvements. Playing Bahamut Lagoon on the go would make me ridiculously happy.

Speed improvements has my vote. I use a 2.00 PSP using Fanjita's eBoot Loader. Between the coder and the EMU, I hope speed improvements are possible. Anyway, great job with this EMU. This is the best in my opinion so far. Keep up the great work. I will be continually supporting the TYL team.

For those still using 2.0, I would suggest you try the downgrading. ME version is waaaaay faster than the other one.

Speed has got to be #1 .Also fix the savestates, its a pain that its not saving after exiting. The NeoGeo emulator runs so smoothly I wish this one was just as smoothly with all compatible roms

So downgrading from 2.0 to 1.5 makes a difference in speed with this EMU huh? That is tempting. With the right config tweaks, I get a lot of games running almost perfect and some with no frameskip at all on this emu using 2.00 & eBoot Loader. I think i'm just going to have to get a 2nd PSP. One can be a 1.5 and the other can be a 2.++

heh you can't compare neo-geo versus snes when it comes to emulation. It's so much harder to emulate the snes! It's already absolutely wonderful what TYL has accomplished. Of course, more speed for certain games would help though Later, Alcahest

A way to operate controller 2.
Some games have codes/modes/secrets/debug menus only accessed from controller 2.
A file viewer, for FAQS.

For me it's a toss up between mp3 playback and speed.. I chose speed though.

ya i have a question, now that the psp is also using the media engine, does it use more power?

Not to sound insulting and this may be sort of a n00b ? but why on earth would MP3 Playback on a SNES emulator be useful? Using MP3's for audio seems to take up quite a lot of space using the Neo CD EMU. The only thing I can think of is that maybe using MP3 for audio will speed up the EMU a lot. Any input on this would be appreciated. Thanks guys!
