Hi, I'm new here, but I've been using Yoyofr's excellent Snesx9xTYL and NeoGeoCD emulators for a long time now. I absolutely love what you've done with Snes9xTYL (btw, the opening is cute ). Anyway, down to my question. I wasn't sure if this should be posted in bugs, because I'm not sure if it is me or not, but every time I save my game in any game (not save state, with the game's real save features) when I go back to that rom later, my save is gone, and I have to start all over again. Now, I have been state saving to compensate for this, but it irks me, as I would much like to save when and where I'm supposed to. Now, Ive checked just about everything I can think of, installed and reinstalled Snes9xTYL on my PSP, switched roms, zipped/unzipped them, and I still get the same result. If Yoyofr could look into this, or if someone else on the board could help me, I would be very very appreciative.

Maybe if you format the ms the problem may be solved. And also turn the BG music to off. I had the same problem because of BG Music.

Thanks, I tried formatting, didn't help, but I haven't tried setting BG music to off, I'll see if that does anything. It would be odd though, if bg music was the cause of my not being able to save >.> Oh well... I'll see...

Hi, which version are you using ? Could you please the report thread actually ? So you can precise the Version of the emu, version of your PSP bios etc...
In 0.3 there was a SRAM save bug. So we recommend you to switch to 0.4.2... to exchange this bug with others ones :-P

Version: 0.4.2 or w/e. PSP Bios: 1.5 I actually got it to partially work by using autosave sram feature, but unfortunately, it seems to pick and choose when it thinks it's gonna save my game or not >.< And I posted outside of the bug thread because I didn't know if it was a bug or if it was just my stupidity. Apparently it's both. Ideally, everytime I save the game inside of the game, it should register and update my sram, but it doesn't always, even with autosave on. Your program has a mind of it's own!!! lol, built in AS (artificial stupidity) Seriously though, your emulator rocks, minus the saving problem I've been having.

Have you checked the MS to see if there are SRM files being created?
