 I've been trying to find instructions on how to set up the emulator on the psp but i've found nothing, and i've been searching and i thought i'd ask you guys, Can you please help me out and if you can maker of the emulator. Please, thanks for your time.

im not really sure what you mean by set up, but there is a "Installation Instructions (read before posting)" thread. ive read that and it pretty much covers how to install.
