i have gta and when i try to load it up all i get is a blank screen. i went to fanjita and downloaded the latest eloader. the zips name in the end said nocache. i believe that is the right one. the farthers i got was when i go to the load menu on gta i see the eloader selection. after it says load complete and i say 'yes' to the current progress lost. then it shows th eloading screen but then goes to a blck screen forever. ive tried it alot of times. edit: heres where i got the eloader.... files.fanjita.org/psp/eloader097_nocache.zip

Are you using a Windows computer? because if you are then go to this website noobz.eu/index.html and scroll down till you see eloader 0.97 Bock and download the Auto-Installer for Windows and when you do make sure your USB cable is connected to your PSP before you run the Auto-Installer, after that is complete safetly remove your USB cable from your PSP and load GTA:LC and see if the problem is still there...Also you might want to download emenu--v0.1 Final Auto-Installer for Windows from the same website.

Ok try this...connect your PSP to your computer and open up the PSP file and then open up the SAVEDATA file, now you should have two (Unless you have other saved game files) files there one for the eloader and one of your GTA:LC saved game, ok now save your GTA:LC file to your hard drive for back up then after you saved it to your hard drive delete the GTA:LC saved file from your PSP so that nothing but the eloader file is there (Unless you have other saved game files there, leave them be) now once again safetly remove your PSP from your computer and load GTA:LC, this time instead of loading your game it'll automatically load eloader so you'll notice the load bar stops halfway...see if that works if not then I'm out of suggestions.

ive always had only the eloader in the savedata file. i just bought the psp and gta. now i was wondering that since i have v2.6 isnt there a 'special' way to load the eloader? thats what it says in the sticky.
also where would the bin file properly go?

The DATA (BIN File) and the tetris (BIN File) both go with PARAM.SFO (SFO File), icon0 (PNG Image) and PIC1 (PNG Image) in the ULUS1004155 Folder which goes in your SAVEDATA Folder.

you have to have at least one homebrew installed or else eloader crashes.. and this isn't the right forum, search fanjita's

i know this might be asking too much but is it possible for someone to send me a zip file with the essential things i need?
like a zip file that has everything where it supposed to be and i'll just drop it in there?

If your using a Window PC then just download the Auto-Installer for Windows at noobz.eu/index.html and connect your PSP to your computer, it'll automatically put everything where it's supposed to go.

if you are using a new memorystick, make sure u formatted it.. it adds some needed folders to the memstick (strange to call it formatting but hey ) and delete the old zipfiles first before doing the auto installer?

look, just use the autoinstaller for .96 (.97 has issues with 333mhz) or .97(if u want wifi). if those don't work the rest won't either. the autoinstaller is nothing more than a file that auto-extracts a zip file to the correct folders. Nothing fancy and works the same as you manually extracting them.
i think you don't have any homebrew (eboots) in the psp\game folder.. read up mate.

I've actually been having the same problem.
I've tried both eloader .96 and .97bock, but the SNES 0.4.2 still doesn't work (only shows a blank white screen).
This is confusing me because verison .3 worked perfectly.
Every other homebrew I've used has worked.
I'm currently using firmware 2.6, so my situation is exactly the same.
Could it be a problem with SNES 0.4.2 itself when it comes to v2.6 firmware?
