0.4.2 won't initialize roms????

hello...I have a 2.0 firmware unit w/EBOOT Loader v0.9 by Fanjita & TYL 0.4.2 set up...when I load the roms into the subfolder, they appear correctly in the emulator...once the rom is chosen, I get the messages "cannot initialize rom" & "cannot allocate memory"
does anyone know what's going on? how can I correct this? nobody seems to know anything about this...

tried that 1st, before v0.9...tried 0.96 & 0.97 & neither worked...my system would just crash...

then probably ur using the ME version the normal version does work, so you must be doing something wrong.. but u give us no info!
