use 0.42 intro-less, search the forums.. 0.4.2 has an intro that crashes a lot of 2.0+ psps  |

The intro white screen bug is a little odd and is caused by whether you have any other GTA saves. So as manias recommends either download the introless 0.4.2 version or delete your GTA saves.
