How do I change settings?

Hi...I've been using SNESTYL for a while now and I finally updated the version I was using...and I can't figure out how to change the settings. I thought you just press left on the analog stick, but that seems to make my character move left...it doesn't bring up the menu...

first: you read the readme.txt file included with the latest edition of SNESTYL

second: you press L+R to go into the emulators menu those are the control by default(i'm not sure but i think you can change it to what ever you like)

Yeah...*that's* what GUI meant...sorry about that.
