Am I the only one in here with the Art of Fighting 2 Lockup problem? Zelurker please try to lock up your game of AOF 2 exactly the way I did it. If yours still works please try to look at my AOF2 and see if its different somehow. Speaking of different, I have a version of Samurai Shodown that I burned to a CD-R before I got rid of it (it was a japan version game) and I'm wondering if it was a bootleg or beta or something as it is totally different than the american version that I bought and own right now (and no it has nothing to do with the language switch). The one I burned has no menu to choose anything, the game loads straight to the intro and after you press start the game begins, its just like the MVS cart. Wierd. Maby you guys have a different version of AOF2?? Im dying to get AOF2 working normally under the 130% speed that I normally play the game at. Remember for AOF2 to crash set it to 130% speed at the options menu (by pressing B twice) first before trying to play the game. and please letme know why Neo Turf Masters worked fine in 0.6.2 but since 0.7 its been screwed up. Please take a look at mine or something like ya did with Double Dragon. Pleeeeeeeeeease....

Fakk2,
I just loaded the games up and I'm also seeing the same problems with Art Of Fighting 2 and Neo Turf Masters. Very easy to reproduce the problems.

About neo turf master : it triggers an error message because I didn't think there were some games left with unrecognized files. Well there are obviously for you crazy testers !
Anyway, this is a weird part of the neocd. Some games seem to have files impossible to load. They are usually renamed with meaningless extensions and loaded at impossible to reach offsets. I have 2 cases for now : this one, and some samples in art of fighting (which were the cause of the voices going too fast).
This is too weird, if they didn't want these files, then why didn't they simply remove them from the cd ? So I need to investigate to be sure these files are really not usable. In art of fighting, the file might be some ymdeltat data for the ym2610, except that no game so far used this because of the cd audio tracks. In neo turf masters, this might be a z80 bank, except that I didn't know the z80 was able to use bankswitch on the neocd hardware !
So maybe they are just useless, but I'll take the time to check... !
And the crash in last blade 2 is an horrible one, a stack overflow with no obvious cause.
Arghhhh !

Hahaha this is SNK we are talking about. They are well known for being lazy and leaving old non used files in thier games. Look at the files in Soccer Brawl and look at its protection file , its a joke.
Then there is Nazca. They only did 2 games on the Neo CD. Neo Turf Masters and Metal Slug. one of them had to come first and it was Neo Turf Masters. So they most likely had test files left in it and didnt notice them in the end before making the discs. Thats my guess..

Finally (I worked on it this noon too !), aof2 works even at speed 130%. For info, for speeds above 100% the game uses the raster interrupt to sync (instead of the vblank interrupt). Since until now the raster interrupt was not emulated at all, it was just freezing. It works now !
The raster effects are not (yet) emulated though, super sidekicks 2 has still a very nice all green background !
I am not sure I'll be able to fix the crash in last blade 2 (demo b), this one is a really horrible one !
And for the useless files, you are probably right Fakk2, they seem to be just useless : even the arcade version of aof in mame does not use ymdeltat samples, so there is no way this file could be usefull... !!!

Zelurker, is there a way that maybe you could provide an option in the main menu to disable (turn off) the displaying of the mp3 track when an mp3 track starts playing?
Also, can the FPS counter be shown off-screen? Sometimes the FPS counter and/or the MP3 track display interfere with on-screen gaming elements.
Otherwise, I must say that this emu is probably the best PSP emulation program out there.....bar none! You da man...

Im new here, so first off hello everyone else!
I have this tiny question about the NEOCDPSP i almost got it to work, i think.
Im using the GTA exploid (Eloader). Now, i can load the emulator and load the .zip file.
Afther that it says would you like to run this unzipped then it says 120 zip files loaded. And then nothing happens, my psp even shuts down?
The ROM im trying is KOF '94 any one else got some problems like this?
Thanks in advanced!

The message just means that it has read the directory of the zip file and that the zip file contains 120 files. After this normally it starts loading. If it doesn't then it seems it doesn't work with the gta exploit.
This is the kind of case where I am very happy to have a 1.50 firmware then !
