hi all,
I was juz wondering if it would be possible if LJP can be configured to take combi key as a single button on the SNES key pad. This will make it possible for us to play games like FF3, Chrono Trigger better......
Example (I am using T5)
Button 1 + Button 2 = L button on SNES Button 3 + Button 4 = R button on SNES
Tinnus is this possible?

I don't think it would be practical, for the simple fact that if you press Button 1 and it's configured to be A, when you press Button 1 + Button 2 it would press A, then L.
What *would* be practical is to assign a "combo" button, meaning that for example:
B1: A B2: B B3: X B4: Y combo+B1: L combo+B2: R combo+B3: Start combo+B4: Select
Since the "combo" button would have no use being pressed alone.
Anyone interested in this approach??

I think this is a good approach. Will it be difficult to implement? Will we see this feature soon? =)

As long as a combo button isn't required. I have a Zodiac and the configuraiton is perfect as it is. It does sound like a good idea for other palms though.

I think most Palm Users except Zod users will need a combo key since we only have 5 buttons to start with.
Tinnus, do you think that can be included into the next release?

Maybe. The system itself is simple, I just have to change most stuff in the launcher (config keys window).
Seems like easy to implement, and no, it will not be required to assign a "combo" button.

What about the posibility to be able to asign key combinations to such "hotkeys" like in ZSNES, it would be useful in games where the user is required to press a key combination but the palm keys make it really dificult, like in Chrono Trigger

That's a little harder to do, but I'll take a look (I play CT too after all ;D).
