I noticed that the LJP website is not available (http://tinnus.gp32z.com/ljp/index.htm). Where can the emulator be found??

Nowhere Now, seriously, if you looked around a little you'd find out that I'm currently having problems (which are being solved) with the website, but I think someone has the latest release mirrored. Try this: ljp.bountysource.com/FileDownload?file_id=102I'm not really sure if this is the ZIP for RC2, but that's the only thing I found here

Is there a currenty anywhere I can download the 0.9x versions from??? I'm having a small problem with 1.0 since I installed the FAT32 driver from Dmitry on my Zire72. I want to see if the earlier version corrects this.

Thanks, we'll see.
The FAT32 driver seems to be causing frequent Fatal Errors. Eventually I get a memory error (can't remember the exact wording), that seems to be brought on by the crash-recovery/first-time-launched. If I simply restore system Saved Preferences from a previous back-up I'm good to go for awhile. But even if I hard reset and try LJP (effectively launching for the first time) I get that memory error.
Anyways its still useable, as I said by simply restoring Saved Preferences. I just want to see if the previous versions that don't have the crash-recovery help me avoid the memory error. We'll see.

ya theres definately something wrong with communication between FAT32 and LJP.

Also my FAT32 problems MAY have been solved by simply deleting the LJP.cfg file in the Palm/Programs/LJP folder.
Time will tell, but I haven't been able to cause the Memory Error crash since deleting it. And I've tried lots of games, saves, configuring, changing folders, etc. Basically everything that seemed to previously lead to the crash and so far no more problems. But we'll see.
Man I love LJP on my Palm (just tought I'd say that).

I'm sure I've written about that somewhere on here (steps to take when getting mem error bugs and crashes and funny names in launch list... step 1: delete ljp.ini, step 2: disable some DBCache-hungry apps). I posted links to the missing version 0.8 on 1src.com forums; basicly, copy the link for 0.9, paste it into the location bar, and change the 9 to an 8 before hitting enter

kayge: this page only contains my (beta) 9.x versions. If you want to get an earlier version you're better off with 0.8. Or RC1, since this one doesn't have the crash detection stuff...

_Em,
Funny you should mention funny names in launch list. This wasn't a consistent problem, but was a symptom of the memory crashes now that I think about it.
Anyways, as mentioned by _Em, I deleted the LJP.ini (I think I called it .cfg earlier) and that seems to have solved my problems. I'm back to RC2 and no more problems. Now my FAT32 seems to work consistently with everything. I'm very happy.

Yeah my basic problem is that gp32z keeps switching hosts. David is really great but every now and then I have to re-upload everything and this time there's lots more stuff involved. Maybe I should accept the offer from one of you guys (or girls ) Hmm... anyway, you can keep checking this forum for new versions. If I don't have the site up when RC3 is out, I'll post the link to the release here.

Sorry for delay guys. I only check here every couple of days now because I am losing confidence that RC3 will ever come (sorry Tinnus, I know you are working on it) After nearly 26 refreshes of the RSS feed it finally disappeared, along with everything else on my harddrive(just to catch your attention) ;D so now that the feed is down (on my computer) I can't keep you guys updated anymore

It's OK to lose confidence; I'd feel the same Just don't check it compulsively... (is that a word???) mavsman4457: screenshots, news and all my stuff non-LJP (ie: Jazz, HOTA)
