I'm still a bit of a noob to Palm's. I can't figure out how to freely place files/folders in whatever directories on the Palm I want. There isn't any sort of file manager on my Zire 72s, so how can I follow the instructions to copy certain folders to the right place on my Palm?
Can someone help me out with a quick Zire 72 LJP installation guide? It would be very much appreciated... I must be missing something.
Thanks in advance!

Why you are having troubles is that only Palms with NVFS can create directories in the memory. As the Zire 72 does not have NVFS, an expansion card is required, an SD or MMC in your case. Once the card is inserted, launch LJP and it will automatically create the required folders on the card.
Then you'll need either a card reader or software such as CardExport to transfer any roms you may have; otherwise it's the slow process of renaming their extensions to .prc or .pdb, hotsyncing, then renaming them on the palm to their proper extensions using a utility such as Filez.

Do everyone of us started with a Z72?
I just remmembered the day I bought Chii ^^''
Well, palms are a bit different of Pc. They don't have a "hard drive" (well, Z72 doesn't) or something where to make folders and have files. Yuo can't even put a file with different extension of pdb/prc in your palm without a card inserted on it. Fortunatly, the Z72 comes with a small card on the same box. That's an expansion card, and it is an storage unit just like a floppy disk, or a cd, or an HD for your Pc. What I mean is, it has a file system and you can put files normally here , but to put files in, Hotsync is such a lengthy and worthless process, that is better to get a card reader, or and app that makes your palm work as one, and forget hotsync. A little list of software recomendations
UDMH---you need it if you want to use snes in LJP Resco Explorer--This is like the windows explorer, but in your palm.(zip, unzip, view images, open files, etc) Card export---It will let you use your card as a "flash memory", so you can manage your files easier.
Freeware:
LJP---Multiplatform emulator for palm zdoomz/zhexen/duke3d/zquake---good ports of great games Palmame---Multi Arcade Machine Emulator for palm Palmpdf---pdf reader for palm TCMP----Video and audio player.
and many more....

Well, I started with a Palm, Inc. "Pilot." I wanted a Newton MessagePad, but they were too expensive. Then there was the USR "Palm III." At that point I switched to using WinCE devices (Compaq Aero, then HP Jornada) and got annoyed with WinCE/PocketPC, so went back to the m100/m125/m130/m500/m515. Then I got my T|X So, I for one completely missed the Zire series.
