Hi Tinnus and everybody. I'm an old fan of you and Yoyo from your work on the GP32. Really great! Your work helped convince me to buy one in the first place. Anyway, I'm loving LJP on my T5. Great work again! I just wanted to let you guys know I appreciate it and look forward to LJX. EDIT: I've also noticed Vilmos here who's done awesome work on GP2X. Hooray for Thruster!

I can't wait for next month when Tinnus can work more on this. I am looking forward to playing this on my PSP and I'm sure you'll port this to the GP2X cousin that is being made by Craigix that can be found here: www.gp32x.com/board/index.php?showtopic=38155&st=1785

I would love to have this working on my 8125 WM5 phone. Unfortunately, most games runs too slowly on the 200Mhz processor. Earlier in this thread, there was comment that WM5 compatible version might be problematic. Another thread suggests it might be coming. Here's hoping for WM5 compatibility and that it might work with a slower processor.

LJX should work on WM5 (when it's done). LJP is PalmOS only.

I thought MetaView had done that in the latest versions, but yes it will be a feature of LJX.

Talk about PlayStation emulators.
Palm users might have a good surprise one of these days.

Hi Tinnus... Any chance you can be more specific about the time frame for ps emulator??? Sooner than you think, and more solid than the last times I said that

Well, more compatible would be better, since the last version didn't liked many games... :-)

I hope there will be better support for "hacks"/bootleg/pirated games. I am a big fan of "World heroes 2", "super mario world for NES (not snes)", and spiderman 2(ninja gaiden with spiderman for the sprite.)
I want LJX to have more hack support. I would like to know about the progress for the Wonderswan emulator. I am also curious about "pokemon mini"- roms and if they will be compatible with LJX.
Oh last but not least, I hope to see black&white options on atari2600 games, vector graphics support for MAME, and possible addition of a videopac emulator.
once again I apologise if I sound too agressive. i just desire the LJX will be an emulator that will conquer the world!!

MAME? That's not part of LJX...and MAME already supports vector graphics anyway!

I don't think MAME 0.36 did vector graphics; IIRC, this is the version that was used for PocketMAME (which is what PalmMAME is based on).

MAME 0.36 does vectors just fine, and PalmMAME was originally based on MAMECE although it now is just a dos port as all the MAMECE has been ripped out as it was terrible.

...you are correct; IDRC :\ I don't know where my brain was when I made that last post. However, the bit about 0.36 being the right romset is correct.

Well the 0.36 romset is mostly correct, PalmMAME 021 has moved on to using MAME 0.37b5 and the romset has changed as well. however there are just additions, I haven't found any roms that don't still work from 0.36.

That's good... I personally found 0.37b5 a much better romset than 0.36.
