I've noticed the multiadapter option, and tried to search the forum for any information on it, and all I gather is that it has something to do with multiplayer, but I don't get how it works. Is this for the bluetooth gamepad or is this to play against someone else who has LJP? Also, does this have anything to do with the player switch icon on the beltbar? If not what is it for then? I realize that it switches between controller 1 and controller 2, but why would you need to do that?

The multiadapter controls how many emulated controllers there are (3 or 6?). It needs to be disabled for some games.

What do you mean emulated controllers? Are you talking about the 3 button vs 6 button used in the Genesis?

No, i mean if you enable it the emulated GENS think that there is an adapter and 6 controllers plugged in, otherwise it only sees the normal three.

So then what's the 1 player, 2 player switch on the beltbar for?

I guess what I'm getting at is if you have 2 centros for example (or any 2 bluetooth or IR enabled palms) is it possible to play multiplayer with those devices i.e. Street Fighter II or something like that? I know it's possible with the bluetooth gamepad, but if not that's something that I think would be real cool on either LJX or the next LJP release. You don't have to necessarily play the game on both screens, but maybe just have one screen working and have the other palm work like a controller similar to how you play 2 players with the bluetooth gamepad. I know a lot of people with centros, and think this would be really awesome!

So then what's the 1 player, 2 player switch on the beltbar for? It's for games like mario, where only one player needs to play at a time. So you hit the button, and it sets the keys for player 2 or player 1. That's all. Ir is really slow. So don't expect anything with that. But bluetooth might come in LJX. Also, I'm going to make an episode of LJ4D on this. Thanks for the idea! [edit]: Maybe when the wiimote code gets more stable, an option for 2 wiimotes might be added. But I'd doubt it.

IDK about two wiimotes, i think that two connections at the same time is BT 2.0 (not on any palm)

Yeah I can use BT for GPS and DUN at the same time on my Treo. It's possible to be connected to several devices.

My phone has a "bluetooth energy saving" mode that says it can only connect to one device at a time when enabled.

. . . "bluetooth energy saving" mode . . . Let's face it, if palm's not even smart enough to put new processors / memory / their own os. in their new phones their not going to put in a new "nrg saving mode" feature. But really, the past 2 phones have been wm. That's just wrong.
