Zodiac Games Manual Question

Hi,

i bought a Copy of Tony Hawk 4 in the uk. The Cover has a common Pegi 7+ Logo on it but the Manual has the ESRB Logo "E" for everyone on it ?! Thats a bit confusing! Or they didn't made separate Manuals for the uk Market ?
