debugging this bunch of mistakes?

Hi

I'm just reusing yoyo's zdoomz stuff to build my own uae port for PalmOS. It's linking, it's running, but the kickstart is hanging somewhere in the middle of the boot process. I fear it's some emulated hardware stuff the Amiga is asking for during boot up, which I not correctly emulate. Now I'm looking for a good way to debug this whole stuff.
Yoyo? Do you have any idea? How did you do it? Can I just plug the Zodiac in and call the CW debugger?

Did I say something about not working? he? No,No,No, it works!!!! I just forgot that I commented out some blitter functions. But now, it runs. Thank you all...
