Weather Forcast/Radar Loop on palm

I've looked into weather programs on palm (weather manager) and frankly, they suck. So instead i wanted to sorta have my own. I was going to use the gif www.intellicast.com/WeatherImg/RadarLoop/usa_None_anim.gif as a radar loop and web page: www.intellicast.com/Local/USLocalStd.asp?loc=khfd&seg=LocalWeather&prodgrp=Forecasts&product=Forecast&prodnav=none as a 10 forcast. I can make internet shortcuts in windows, have them syncronize like every hour, and somehow hotsync the webpage and gif to the palm. I'm sorta stuck with the last step of hotsyncing a gif and a webpage. The best thing would be a program which upon hotsync, just downloads the webpage and gif (which is also sorta a webpage) and the hotsync put's them on the palm. I don't know if there is such a program already, if somebody has made one, or is willing to make one, but any would be greatfully accepted.
