I was bored so I went over to Shining Force Central today, looked on the forums, and I went HOLY @#$%!!!
Moogie JUST released the fully complete English patch (and the tools) for the third and last Shining Force Gaiden game for the Game Gear! I'll point you to the forum post where you can download the patch. Since this forum has a no ROMs policy, obviously I'm not going to tell you where to get the game itself. Patches, however, are legal, right?
