i have a problem i cant extract a iso file from a .zip folder. i apreciate if some body help me

Didn't you post that at that other thread? Better to ask just in one place (since your problem has nothing to do with the other topic).
Anyways, it seems to me your problem is a bad (corrupted) ZIP file, try getting it again if possible.
