is there some attachement that will allow my palm LD to work as a cellphone?

???If i git an SD expansion card 4 my LD will i B able to use it as ram and will "heap" be increased

1. Doubtful. The only palm I've seen that could turn into a cellphone was the old Handspring Visor. It had a very large proprietary slot, with lots of available cartridges including cellphone.

2. Nope, the SD card can't be used as RAM. What you need for more "heap" memory is UDMH. www.palmpowerups.com . This hack converts some storage memory into dynamic memory.

Experiment with different settings. Try starting with 8000 K for LJP and the Z ports, then increase if the memory errors still occur. Make sure to have more free RAM than is allocated to UDMH.

but i meant an emulator powerful enough to play games like doom and Quake 1 and 2.
I know that ports to these games exhist but i want to be able to play less famous shooters.

Also, i hav UDMH and i read somewhere that u can use SD as ram but i dunno where. Does anyone has any info that can confirm this.

As RAM for storing programs, not heap RAM.

Also, you'd NEVER be able to run games such as Quake 1 and 2. At most some text adventure game... simply too slow.

is there a way i can play quake 2?
zquake,mod for another game, anything.
i hav a doom 2 mod with 10 quake 2 levels but the weapons are doom.

No way (at least yet) to play Quake 2 on Palm OS... AFAIK.
