this has nothing 2 do with ur work an i knoow its a stupid question but i had a bunch of viruses on my pc which f****d up my system (2 much p2p).
anyway after i reinstalled windows and all the apps hotsync,LifeDrive Manager and Palm quick install don't work. Drive mode still works but i need 2 change my hotsync id for sum software 2 work.

I would copy your directory in the palm folder to a safe place. Then uninstall the Palm Desktop and try to reinstall the palm desktop again. Also make sure you have administrator rights on the computer you're installing on (which I would assume you do.) Hopefully you can firgure out the problem.
