Nevertheless, the game is entirely playable and completable  *** UPDATED *** Version 0.3 Changes: - Fixed crash on exit (still crshing when you try to exit from the password screen thoug) - SHould fix fatal 10 error on zodiac |

Incredibly amazing... I've never played this game before... It runs ok on my T5... and I can quit without crash... Also, like OpenJazz, it would be nice to have a landscape mode. I know it could strech the game graphics... but It's just to use the 480*320 screen... BTW, if anyone if interested, there is a port for the precuel (Flashback) made by Chrilith(scummvm palmos porter)... it's an implementation of Reminiscense engine... you can find it here: capers.free.fr/Flashback/ <<<< this if for the people who will asks if hota runs flashback or "another world" ;D |

Nothing runs Another World, except "something" Chrilith has but cannot/doesn't want to release.
BTW, I will implement landscape mode for both Jazz and HOTA, but I just can't understand how you'll manage to control it well.

You're right... nothing runs Another World... just Flashback.
Well... in landscape mode you can configure the 4 way dpad... and the action buttons... well... you maybe consider to implement them with on screen buttons... It works for Z____ apps and LJP... hehehehe
The hardware buttons will be good enough for menu, exit... etc...

hey man please repeat that  you actualy get the "heart of the alien" port run on your t5  I WANT THAT ALSO onMy t5 -ithought it was not possible ...yust for the zodiac...  PLEASE - can you post the complete link for the os5release -couse ithink i´m somehow to confused to find it ... i cant beleve it -heartofthealien on standart os5 ?? THIS IS SO GREAT - imean -iwas not able at all to just get the anotherWorld port running and now ... this is awesome ! anotherWolrd and heartOfTheAlien are somehow the best platform/jumpNrun games everCreated -ithink this is not only my opinion- and i was a bit sad couse of my -it seems- wrong thougts:) |
