can the palm mini usb cable be used to update a psp? i am wondering if i have to buy a memory stick reader or not.

only if someone does a palm-psp protocol i think, and if the psp is the host.But I would say a multi-card reader is a better solution, since I don't think someone is going to write that protocol, and with the multi-card reader, you could transfer data much faster to the card you use with your palm, and to the card you use with your psp.
Anyway, I don't know If there is something like you're looking to, but good luck!

Well, he maybe is talking about the cable that comes with the zire... or something similar... so you can use it... the mini USB cable is the same that comes with the Digital cameras, etc...
