Hey Metaview,
I never got a chance to thank you for a kickass release of Duke 3d. The stylus support works great and I love the Treo key support!

Thx, I've published an update to Duke on my site. It's almost the same as the contest winner, just the rumble works also on Treo and I've enabled custom maps also for real MP games. Everyone might test it... About the keyboard and the gamepad support, it will come, but it 's a bit more difficult as in the Z-games. The way the keys are handled is different and I need just more time to implement it. Left-hand mode is already working, now it lacks the keyboard support :-p

This is a nice update. thnx metaview. it works flawlessly on my tx and i'm really enjoying the fake mp mode. btw for mp over bt wat speeds should i expect to get and can i play against other handhelds (ie gp2x duk3d or psp duke etc.)?

Hi Metaview,
Any news at all about fixing music for all the 1st person shooters on your site. Would love to hear music with my games (especially Duke3D).
And if no news now, any idea when you might be looking at fixing it? I know you always have lots on the go and I don't mean to be impatient, would just like something to look forward to.
P.S. A big congrats on winning the ZodiacFrance contest. All the entries looked Great!

Music is back working for Duke, Hexen, Heretic. But you might need UDMH (which you would need for Duke anyway).
About MP: I rather suspect it to be compatible with other handhelds implementations. BT (at least as VfComm profile) isn't packet oriented and I had to add my own small packet struct on top of the data. This makes it incompatible with the rest. I have no clue how it is implemented (if at all) in other ports. The speed for MP might be ok. Unfortunately it's only 1 against 1.

That's fantastic. I'll try it today and report back. It's never worked on my Zire72 so I'm not sure what to expect.

Music, which has NEVER worked in the past for me, now WORKS! I've only tested on Duke3D, but I can onlly assume all will work. Thank you very much Metaview!! I'm very excited.
Now one more question. (We always want more.) I noticed on your site, the "proof of concept" Timidity player still says that it does not work. Will you be fixing? And if so would it be possible to implement that simple player into your 2PlayMe application?
I tried this alarm app ages ago and liked it, but had already paid for a different MP3 alarm app. If midi alarms were possible on 2PlayMe I would buy for sure. (As it is I will donate again anyways for these lates 3D game updates)

hey, good idea to add timdity support into 2PlayMe. Maybe as shared lib or something like this. The Timdity player as such will get an update too, right. But not before I got a new quake out to the street :-)

When you do Quake, any chance we'll be able to play it 320x320 resolution? Right now its only possible at 320x240. I don't believe there is acurrently an option to "fill" the screen.

what i should be to play Fake MP whit bots? when i start playing in mp mode i dont see any bot and when i exit from there a screen sayme something about the players but i'm alone

kayge, I will look for 320x320 in quake.
mr.chockuls: you are not alone. If you don't use respawn, the opponnents might be already dead (they shut each other) or you need to watch out better for them...
PS: freaking, my emails for the last couple of days are gone...

Select: Fake MP, select the number of players (it gets slow with 4 and more), press "launch" In the game, go to new, now you can select Deathmatch (respawn) or Deathmatch (no respawn) in the top line.

there is a map called lucky duk and that map destroy my first . dem and that was work my duke v1.999
