I think the title might be weird, but here's something that happened today:
-There's a page called "Mercado libre", a it's service is supposed to be something like ebay, people sell and buy here and there. I joined that page sometime ago (4-5months), but almost never visited it until this morning, and started to see "palm & pocket pc" secction.... ....and found someone who was selling Robert Hildinger's great HP emulator "Power48", and the calculators roms (for $3 each).
It was one of the worst things I've ever seen,. people selling others work without thinking on the effort they did and the time they were working. And now mr 'someone' comes and sell it like a cheap candy...
oh well that's not everything yet ... I wrote something like this and posted next to the article ... And recived a beautiful e-mail from "mercado libre" telling me that my account is now unactive because I did some thing illegal (?) (ah and they deleted my post and the article is still there)
I'm really sad when I think about it... what do you think about it? If someone sees something like this is anything that can be done? Pd: If you want the emulator you can get it from his page, don't buy it, better donate! :www.mobilevoodoo.com/power48.htm

Contact the original author. He has the copyright and can take legal action against the folks if needed. MercadoLibre (which *is* associated to eBay) should really pay attention to that kind of stuff, and bnot be stupid to punish the wrong people. Bastards. But yeah, unfortunately that kind of stuff is all over MercadoLibre, eBay and MercadoLivre (Brazil). If I *ever* see something mine being sold I'm going to chop some asses off edit: quick eBay example. cgi.ebay.com/Palm-Treo-600-650-Ringtones-Software_W0QQitemZ8816674876QQcategoryZ56158QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
