Can anyone suggest a really good PC game controller and where I can purchase it, I'm looking for something that basically is built like the Xbox 360 controller or like the PS2 Dual Shock Controller...Thanx for your time.

Well, I've always been dissatisfied with the PC equivalents of console controllers, so I went for the real thing. Right now I'm using a MadCatz PS1 wireless dual shock controller hooked up through a Playstation-to-USB adapter purchased from Radio Shack, part number 26-729. All the buttons, both analog sticks, and even the rumble effect are supported by all the games I've tried that support them, that were made in about the last 8 years or so. In games that have joystick configuration, it is configurable just like any native USB PC joystick. Works with PS2 controllers too.
I've also heard that the wired XBOX 360 controllers will work on a PC when a free driver is obtained from the MS site.

Best controller ever for PC is the Interact Hammerhead. It has 12 buttons (if you don't install the drivers and let Windows detect it) and dual analog sticks.

I just use my PSP. Plus I can use it as a PSP. Funny how that works out. You've got to have wireless internet though.
