Timidity?

What is the Timidity? how does the files from it look like? what extension do they have? I have here the full version of doom 1 and no file seems to be Timidity format. Where to get them?

When I try to start the program on my T3 it says on

init: setting up machine state - Error at tim init

when I tap the screen the loading continues but when "loading the music" it resets my palm... :-)

read carrefully instructions on the zdoomz page

basically to hear music, you need to download 1 of the 2 timidity patches archive (eawpats12 is better bug bigger), and uncompress it in /PALM/Programs/Timidity

if done right, you should have a timidity.cfg file in
/PALM/Programs/Timidity and lots of file in a subdirectory.

Ok... sorry, I´m ashame... How did I miss it?

Ok... but the problem seems to be the same... same error and same reset... :-(

I´ll try a clean instalation, but...
