Demo is from a diferent game version

This is the message I get.

I solved the reset problem. It seemed to be my foult. I have wrong named one folder. Timdity instead of timidity... ok... now... when I try to run in the portrait mode it goes into a fatal error... when I try to run it in fullscreen landscape I get the demo is from a diferent game version. But I hear the sound as the demo is playing... What alse I´m doing wrong? today it seems its my "stupid" day... :-(

BTW I have tryed the doom and doom2 wads

Yep... I have the same error... I'm also tried with tnt and plutonia wads. Also have Doom and Doom2 comercial wads

I get this message also, but the demo plays anyway.

I was the cool kid at work today, 3 people are now planning on buying a Zodiac after I showed them Doom and Hexen.

which demo? I downloade another doom shareware - demo file and I get the same message
