While i was playing, i tried to switch weapons from the chainsaw to the next one and i got the error message:
R_ProjectSprite: invalid sprite frame 6:0
any idea what this means?

It means there is a sprite (number 6) which seems to have a width of 0 and the game tried to write the frame (I think it is one vertical line or region) 0. But a sprite with a width of 0 can not have a frame with index 0, it would then have a width of 1 frame at least. Why it happens, who knows, maybe the sprite couldn't be allocated or found in the .wad file. But it has something to do with doom itselfs, not with the port. It's just the port has the range check enabled (a hint to yoyo: wouldn't it be faster without rang check?).
