Zire 71 (wow) - ZDoom 1.2 results

Wow. I am able to play doom on my Zire 71. AWESOME.


So I installed everything and got it working just fine without midi. Even a decent frame rate. Using the freeware doom1 wad I think. Only problem is when I try to use timidity, it just hangs when it says Starting Music.

Anyone experienced this? How to fix it? I've tried both the timidity-std.zip file and the recommended larger one.

Free chunk RAM is about 10,000k

How long did you wait to consider it "hung"? It takes a good while to load music.

Sorry... when I said hung...i should have said hung for 10-15seconds approximately then soft boots... (i am still at work)
