new member/ multiple buttons

hey guys im a noob to this forum and i just need some help with Doom2 on a sony clié...

everything works perfectly except for one problem: i cant press more than one button at once.

Controls:
top left of touch screen: up
top right of touch screen: left
bottom left of touch screen: down
bottom right of touch screen: right
left of touch screen: strafe L
right of touch screen: strafe R
top of touch screen: map
bottom of touch screen: change weapon

The four buttons next to the screen are to run, fire, shoot, and see the menu. It seems i cant move and shoot and since u have to hold down a run button and a direction button to run, i cant run either!! in the second level of Doom2, there is a place where u have to run over a small gap to get a key card and since i can't run, it is IMPOSSIBLE to beat the second level! PLEASE HELP!

Change the controls. It's impossible to use a screen button and something else at the same time.

this sucks because screen controls are the most convenient
theres absolutely NO WAY then?

Probably, sorry. First, you cannot press more than one screen button at a time--that's a hardware limitation. The screen can't register 2 taps at once.

About screen + hard button, I think that's a limitation in the OS.

If you want to use the stylus to look around like a computer's mouse, then try Metaview's:
www.metaviewsoft.de/en/Software/PalmOS/Freeware/ZDoomZ/index.html

You can turn the view while running, jumping, whatever.
