Hello,
Is it possible to use your own music files instead? Like your own midi or even mp3 files for the background music or is that all hard coded?

The music is hardcoded in the wad. But ZDoomZ extracts it into the ZDoomZ folder and plays it from there. I planed to extract it with the correct name (instead of tmp.mid) but only if it not exist already. I honestly don't know yet, if I already did this or not. If I did it you just copy your own music with the correct filename into the ZDoomZ folder... If not, you need to wait, I will release it with this change in some days, or just send another email to me, sometime I tend to forget things...

ya, I tried to put my own tmp.mid in and it overwrote it. what would be REALLY cool is to have it check to see if like ZDoomZ/music exists. If it does then open that folder and just play random .mid files from it. else play the standard stuff.  |
