I am a big fan of your Zodiac programs such as little john Z so I decided to check out ZQuake because I am a big Quake fan. I have the origional Quake game and I put the .PAK files in the directory and when I start it on my Zodiac I get this error message:

it means you don' have DAA (special soft for developer which enable running unsigned zodiac soft). Check the "no daa" box and it should run fine.
Be sure to have your quake .pak files in /PALM/Programs/ZQuake/ID1 & not /PALM/Programs/ZQuake/ (as in previous zquake version)

Hi, Just downloaded this for my T3. Everything is in the right folders but when I launch I get "oscompat.c: line:142,out of memory" error. Any ideas? I currently have 19.1M free onboard memory.

Same here, running on a T2 with UDMH. Setup the controls, hit launch (both with an without No DAA checked) and you get the same oscompat.c error Gutted! But I'm sure you will fix it so not all that gutted. BTW, the launcher has the Quake symbol doubled up too, dunno it it expects to run in a set resolution (not a biggie, but I thought I'd mention it). Sol

Same error for a T|E with 16MB free. And probably for all of the devices with a screen that's not 480x320 natively (that is, all devices except Zodiacs ) Any report of a non-Zodiac device running this?

I installed ZQuake on a CliƩ NX80V leaving 8.0 MB of free Program memory. I get the following error when I click Launch:
oscompat.c, Line:142, out of memory
Same error if I run it from RAM or from Memory Stick. The NX80V has 8 MB of System Memory (7.6 MB free) and 16 MB of Program Memory (8.0 MB free)
Any suggesions?

I installed ZQuake on a CliƩ NX80V leaving 8.0 MB of free Program memory. I get the following error when I click Launch: oscompat.c, Line:142, out of memory I'm getting the same error on my Clie TG50. I have about 10.5 MB free memory. Quite frustrating, as I've gotten both ZHexen and ZDoom to work just fine. Everything is using UDMH. Is it just that the 8 MB requirement is bogus, or is there something else (ie. "fixable") I need? If 10.5 MB really isn't enough, I'm out of luck. I've wiped everything off my Clie to run these three games.

I have 13.4MB free and it doesn't work. So it must be a bug. (it works on the Zodiac without UDMH and its heap is smaller than that, for sure)
