Alright so i have the Quake PAK file and i have FileZ installed on my Palm Tugensten E. Now, how do i get the PAK file onto my palm so i can play the game?

1) Get an SD card
2) Get a card reader or Card Export (software) from Softick (or something like Card Directories so you can hotsync the PAK but this will be VERY slow)
3) Use (2) to get the PAK into (1)

so i did all that but it was takin like 30+ min on hotsynk is that normal?
and on that card (mp3 trick) program, where do i put the file to for the .pak file

The PAK should be in /PALM/Programs/ZQuake/ID1
Yeah, it's normal for it to take minutes and minutes, maybe even hours because hotsync is so slow. That's why we advise you to get a reader (or just get the trial for Card Export. And google for "pilot Install", it's like hotsync but sends the file to wherever you want and it's 4x faster).
