Saving a game

First off, nice piece of software... It really runs great. However, I am having a bit of trouble with it. Whenever I want to save my game, it says

Saving game to
/palm/programs/zquake/ID1/so.sav....
ERROR: couldn't open.

This doesn't have any effect on the game, like a slowdown or reset, I just can't save my game. So my question is, how can I fix this? Did I miss something important in the initial setup? Thanks a lot.

(the small switch at the side) It's the only thing that comes to my mind. If nothing works, backup and format it.

I tried UDMH on and off, and I tried to hard reset/soft reset I tried looking at the directories and updating ZQuakeZ, all to no avail... Regards Mike
