im trying to run zquake on a sony clie NX80
it gets to the title screen then says
"an error occured in the application you are using. Note the error code and contact the developer of this application."
then it scrolls all that white writing over the startup screen and then an error pops up and tells me i have to reset because of a fatal exception
the files in ID1 are
GLQUAKE LOCS MAPS autoexec.cfg cmdhist.dat config.cfg iplog.dat and then the pak files
oh and it doesn run in full screen either
do i need another file or something? replies will be much appreciated
thanks

Have you tried it with just the pak files in ID1? One of the other files could possibly mess it up. You never know what might work.

Yes, the pak0.pak is always required. The full version is the pak1.pak in addition to this file.
A full version that didn't include the pak0.pak? That would be quite odd...

noo... the full version had the pak0.pak but it must have been screwed up or something because i had to replace it with the pak0.pak from the demo for it to work

lol. The onscreen keyboard? You opened it by tapping a button on the screen. Tap the "X" to close it. (bottom right)

the things on the corner only show up when you press the screen - don't do it if you doesn't want to access a screen-button. Happy Thanksgiving too!
