how do set up so u can use stylus for mouse looking (up/down) when i use stylus for control (stylus -) it just walks around back/forward side/side

how about up/down

also, how do i set controls for game after i launched it? only see them after first install

With the 'stylus -' option on, you should be able to look around in all directions. There is a button to set the controls at the bottom of the window.
