Im getting 20 to 30 fps less on .2 vs .1.
Is there something i need to change in the options?

which game, which settings ?

change your setting because all games i tried run faster !!
Choose Hack/Debug menu
Choose No transparency : ON
it will help a lot but you can have some graphic glitch with a few games at certain moment of a game only

Yeah I guess there really is no certain settings , since every game might use different settings. I just meant the overall settings. I just didnt know what to change per game or could I use the same settings for all the games. I messed around with the settings and got final fantasy 3 to run at 60fps with sound, only thing that messes up is the sound starts to slow down in battles.
