Hi Yoyo, firstly, thank you so much for your hard work on this impressive SNES emulator. I am very very pleased with it, and even without high-resolution mode I am probably going to beat up on Rabites all night at 0 frameskip. The question I have is regarding a high-resolution display mode, which uo_snes9x currently has as "Bilinear" - Is it something I am overlooking? (I read the other posts pretty well and the help file and such) Or is it simply not implemented yet? The reason I ask, is that I am interested in playing the game Rudra no Hihou, which the English translated version is using a high-resolution font. It is displayed like this link shows: donut.parodius.com/translations/snes/images/rudr-01b.pngIt should look straighter, more like the top picture in this thread: donut.parodius.com/agtp/messages/9205.htmlThank you again for your hard work, and I look forward to reading a reply. In the meantime, I will test more games! I hear that Secret of Evermore runs faster, so I am eager to play that. *runs off* -=Amber oddigy.com

highres is supported since first version. do you haven't tested, did you ? there's something funny about rudra no hihou : look at the screen where you choose heroes names... psp accelerated modes show the correct gradient effect when accurate modes (snes9x original mode) doesn't show it! in fact it seems snes9x doesn't support blending in highres mode (zsnes supports it) so in this case psp accelerated mode is more accurate

Has the possibility of using ZSNES software on psp been approached? I have used dark knights stuff since his first release. SNES9X has been good but ZSNES has a lot of killer features. Just a q?

ZSNES is programed in X86 ASM which is essentially impossible to port to the MIPS architecture. SNES9X is written in C so it's portable. ASM is faster than C and someday if someone has alot of time they might write a CPU core in MIPS ASM, but I don't think that will happen any time soon.
