ok so i downoaded thenew version. which is my first time downloading a emulator and it shows up on the memory csard and the background. but hten when i go to it it says "the game could not be started (80020130) how do i get it to work.what do i do with the roms? i dont know just get me started to play any game i dont care which one. thanks alot

Did you put both folders in it? Do you have a 1.50 PSP?

I had this same problem - the install instructions aren't the clearest. Just copy both of the snes9xTYL folders (snes9xTYL and snes9xTYL% ) to the /PSP/GAME/ directory as they are. Don't make any other changes or move any of the files within the 2 snes9xTYL folders. You can put the ROM files as .zips anywhere within the folder system since snes9xTYL lets you search for the ROMS.
That should clear up your problems.
