IDIOT NEED HELP QUICKLY

Hi guys, well ive tried and ive tried to get this emu to work but it just doesnt like my psp.

I have a 1.50 jap version this is what i am doing please correct me where i am obviously going wrong.

F:\PSP\GAME\snes9xTYL i copy the 2 files EBOOT.PBP and also logo. I also create a roms folder for the roms.

I start the PSP up and it loads but then says " THE GAME COULD NOT BE STARTED. (80020001)

Please help me

I'm not really the PSP guy but don't you need to copy the '%' folder as well? (considering there is one)
