Where to adjust the settings?

First of al: Great work! I really love the fact i can play my old time favourites on my PSP! Works really great!

I have kind of a nub question, some games run rather slow, i found some forumposts which talk about adjusting the settings.
Whatever i try, i just cant get to the settings, like sounds on/off, sounds Hz settings and so forth, so i cant adjust anything Where do i need to do this?

I have this same problem to, and pushing the analog stick left doesnt work for me.

nvm didnt know it had to be done ingame, thanks!

press the analog stick left in-game (el "analog stick" para la isquierda cuando estas en un juego)
