Mode 7 for snes9x

This code is best guess at a bit-accurate Mode 7 formula??

PD: In spanish: He encontrado esta formula en los foros de snes9x.com donde parece ser que es muy buena para implementar y mejorar el modo 7 del emulador ^^ espero que sirva de ayuda ^^

I'm just getting errors from that page, but a more accurate emulation method will be slower. The current "slightly" inacurate mode is fine for any game out there so it shouldn't be changed.

The only thing that the current slightly inacurate mode results in is someones homebrewed programs that they write for the SNES might work on an emulator, but not on the actual console.
