im sure you guys get this alot, no im no noob. im big into homebrew. checked the boards there there was no request forum. and i would try and code this myself but i am a noob at coding so i politely asking as a request
first off, you guys rock. amazing job with the snes emu. i was starting to wonder if yoshirio was actually doing any kind of updating, or just coming up with BS daily. you come out with a few updates and surpass his.
•the first idea of mine was a "text reader/searcher" so you can copy game faqs to the MS then when you get stuck in a game you can just go to the options and open up the game faq, hope you take this idea seriously it would be awesome for rpg's.
•the second idea isnt really needed. but the game "mario paint" doesnt work because you need a mouse like the original game. maybe if you can fix this?
anyway thanks for reading. and if anything i hope you include the game faqs idea. much thanks

betatester, there is a program called Bookr that can open pdfs and txt files. That's about the closest you can come to reading walkthroughs and what not. Of course you'd have to exit the emu and then go back in . It would be cool to add some alternate input like on Zsnes, but I think that would be much better on the NES since it had so many shooters.

I use that app where you convert the Walkthroughs into pics so u can view them on the psp. Id like to see an option in the emulators menu where u can access the pics without having to exit the emulator cuz it kinda gets frustrating. could this be possible? im guessing not

Ya, that paperless printer program is pretty cool, but I convert stuff to pdfs now. Unfortunately, there is no way to do that man

ah, but game genies no fun i wouldnt mind having it in some games, but i would much rather enjoy a simple way to check out a faq/walkthrough. BTW i just read the update. i cant wait even if these features dont get put in. the netplay prototype sounds awesome!

I agree, Game Genie is no fun unless you've beaten the game and just want to mess around. The netplay feature does sound appealing.
