So in the zip there's 3 Eboot.pbp files, which one are we suppose to extract? Then we create 2 files
Example: Snes
Snes%
And we put the .pbp file in Snes% right?

Depending on what version of the firmware you're using, the directions are different. If you have 1.5, just dump the two directories in your PSP/GAME/ directory on your PSP, and that should be good. Better directions are floating around the forums somewhere.

For 1.50 put the xxxx and the xxxx% (should be in the folder marked 1.50) folders in the X:/PSP/Game folder.
For 1.00 put the xxxx folder with the larger EBOOT (I think its in the folder 1.0 unpatched).
