when I use the Snes9xTYL on my 2.0 psp I can see that the heat increases (starts out on like 19 and have been up to 33) is there any chance of homebrew such as this overheating the psp. I admit that my knowledge in these areas are.. well limited is there any recommended temperature for the psp, would not want to have it destroyed cause of heat.. forgive a noob.. please answer

Don't worry. Clocking the PSP to 333mhz is normal. The core speed is 333mhz, but SONY set it to 222mhz to save battery life. It is completely normal. The normal temperature with 333mhz is about 30 - 35 degrees. It is a perfectly reasonable question, don't worry.

if youve ever used wifi the left side gets extremely hot. but other then that normal use shouldnt have as much of an effect on the psp.

There's a loader, but it doesn't work well.

The Eboot Loader v0.8.5. and it actually supports most homebrew, aside from a few that run in kernel mode.
