it's not even a sure thing that the next release will be for christmas....i wouldn't be surprise if it wasn't release until next year.

You would be far more upset if a terribly crash prone release was avalible than none at all. I notice it all them time in rushed releases. Don't release it because you said you would, just delay it more, people will be happier.

I agree.
Buggy releases do our devs injustice. Just be patient and wait for the real release.

Yea I'm going to be patient. Its true rushing the release may most of the time come out buggy. Forget it Yoyo don't release anything until its in good condition. So I think next release may come out next year. All well its a Christmas DOOM!!!!

Hi,
I have no news about Yoyo, may be he went on vacation somewhere... Anyway he WILL release something just be patient.
Now, as I said before, we all have a private life, a job (often with a lot of responsabilities) and MANY MANY OTHER SUBJECTS of interest, in my case (for people interested in technology) :
- Hardware / Chipset design (using VHDL).
- Digital signal processing (encoding, compression, sound generation etc...)
- C++ (I did too much java at work, need time to fully master C++)
- Computer graphics (need to refresh myself about OpenGL and DirectX, shaders and so on) (last time I did graphics was 7 years ago with DirectDraw...)
Actually I honnestly think that even without a job, I would be full time busy. :-)
For the PSP, yoyo and I spent most of our time on coding in July and August...
Since september the pace went down (= near zero hour a month in my case)

Meh, take your time guys. Were patient. I would rather have a release you guys are happy with, then a buggy release.
