problem starting

alrighty, i downgraded to 1.50 and put snes9x TYL in the GAME folder and everything, but when i try to start the emulator up on the game menu, i always get this error:

The game could not be started.
(80020130)

any help would be reallly appreciated.

Okay, how many folders are there? There should be 2, one called snesTYL (or something like that) and snesTYL%. These are for 1.50.
